Hello there, sorry for the delay, not an easy time...

I just performed the test with Varianse broker and everything is working fine, here are the detail:

USDJPY: Pair without suffix, I haven't changed anything,

EURUSD.c: Pair with a suffix, I edited the pair in the Dashboard settings

Here a screenshot, you can note the EURUSD.c label in DB.

Here they are, you have the set file for the Dashboard (EA version) and the 2 templates used for the pairs (EURUSD.C and USDJPY).

It seems to be working now. Not sure what the issue was, the only parameters that I see are different are the unused chart is now EURSEK, which I don't have the EA on and the unused timeframe which is now M1 that is also not the timeframe the EA chart is on.

My pleasure, this issue is really tricky... I really don't understand where it comes from. After installing Varianse brokers it took me 20 seconds to install the tools and create the previous setup...

How long is the activation for this time?

For all GiG tools, expiry date is set at mid-year.

As usual, I will renew all expiry date before expiration (next expiry date will be set at the end of this year).

I know that it is not really convenient, but I have no choice with all the scammers out there…

PS: last years the duration before expiration was set for 3 months, now it is 6 months…

Hi Geko,

Just thought I should let you know! I have exactly the same problem with Global Prime, fresh install, no changes to parameters or filenames. Alerts set but no icon notification in the trade monitor. I didn't want to clutter up the thread with picture attachments as they are almost identical to the ones Kilo has already posted.

Please delete and disregard my last post. I have no idea why it just started working. I tried for about 2 hours to get the notification icon to appear and gave up. Came back a few hours later and there it was in all its glory.

Actually, it is a mystery!

As long as it works, I am happy. Thanks again for the Monitor and the time.
