The date will be set when a basket will be open, I will hide it when there is no basket open to avoid condusion.

I see it is set to false. Should I set it to true? Forgive me if I don't fully understand that setting and if it is important or not, i just noticed it today.

You didn't mention which setting so I can only assume "Special Basket"?

It's all on page 16 of the manual, mainly it's giving information but also the capability to close trades if need.

Quick questions on the Virtual Basket, I didn't see it in the manual but could be there -

When using this feature, say every hour, it over rides any trade time settings for Sessions or Local Times, right?

And it will only open trades up to the maximum allowed per pair? So future monitoring is redundant?

So might be best to think about the start time for using the Virtual Basket (VB)

I was doing good using the range time for opening trades; I don't know why on FF they get so carried away with "what time did you open the basket?"

If there is signal, especially when using the Time Frame filters within the first hour, this can be triggered by price movement in the right direction but if it's not exactly at market open time you will miss out!

Go to Strategy 1, the signals, as numbers, now display

I think the instruction in the EA says for Strategy 2, Trade 1 timeframe or multiple timeframes, but does it have to have more than 1 to work?

So, I tried that, I get the color bar but no number in the signals box

Is it just me or something not working?

For the previous month I have been using lvl2 10080 TF 8am, Mon Starts.

I have been testing the v.baskets (xmess7 ea) to trigger me into a trade at +300 or 300 pips. Until now the -300 pip reverse trades are an estimate.

My sl is at 300 pips for each side and my tp 1500 pips, BE+50 at 300 pips.

If market triggers my -300 pip basket I move my + trigger basket to 1 pip and visa versa.

So The most I will lose in a week is 600 pips.

Week 1: 50+1500 pips.(from -600+ to over 1500+)= 1550 pips


Week 2: I had ea issues and was away. I know the basket finished >-600 pips not sure if it went to +300 first. (I will count it as 0 )


Week 3: - basket..1500 pips


Week 4: -300 to +1500 = 1200 pips


So for the Month of May min estimate of 4250 pips or 3650 if week 2 had 2 losses...

Geko I don't think this is possible in your current version of the dashboard. But if this could be implemented that would be fantastic.

Summary:

vbasket on, enter at 300 pips or -300 pips (reverse trades).
BE+50 at 300 pips profit.
SL 300 pips.
What ever happens first +300 or - 300 pips move opposite basket to 0 or 1 pip for entry.
TP 1500 pips on either basket.

I hope this is clear and can be implemented.

The FTP me option is used to send screenshots by FTP to a server. This option should be set on false if you do not use it. This is what I am using to send my results live to GiG forum.

When using the Virtual basket option, it over rides any trade time settings for Sessions or local times. Times used are the Virtual Baskets time slot which are local hour.

Correct, the future monitoring gives you an information about how the baskets are performing. You can see if they went into drawdown once opened or straight into profit

I am not sure about this range time feature for opening trade. I have never used it and I don’t know how it works. More info’s? Is it something which should be included in the DB?

Clarification needed

Strategy 1
=====================
The number which appear in the signal column appear only when you are using strategy 1, as the strategy 1 can use a lot size multiplier if there are multiple valid signals.

Strategy 2
=====================
The strategy 2 do not have this number as to have a valid signal, it must be valid in all timeframes:

Whether you use the same timeframes (here no valid signal):

Or you use different timeframes (here 2 signals):

The valid signal appears with a color in the signal column, the number is just the potential lot size multiplier.

So, concerning your screenshot, it is correct you have 3 valid signals which are represented with a green band.
