My Test 10 with the Virtual Basket was triggered 1 hour after London Open.

It is in DD but not that much so far. Market is slow at the moment, let'see where it goes.

But so far the code to trigger VB is working fine.

I havent noticed, is there an option to take a screenshot on the close of a basket, to capture the stats shown on the screen at the moment of closure?

It would be good to have a most recent basket results column I think, as an additional option perhaps with one of the new on/off buttons......

As requested by forexwight, the Dashboard can now display the last closed basket’s results.

In addition, you now have the option to hide the various result’s period if you don’t need or don’t want to see them. If you set their options on false in the EA settings, even if you click the button from the dashboard to show the results information’s they won’t appear.

Now in section 14 Other settings you have 2 new options which allow to take screenshots automatically when baskets are closed:

- A screenshot is taken just before the closure (the pre-closure screenshot) which can help to keep track of useful information’s for further analysis. Indeed, once basket is closed the Dashboard reset some information’s which can be useful for further analysis (Special basket infos, Virtual Basket).
- A screenshot is taken after trade closure to display the results. Once the basket is closed the Dashboard activate the button to display Past results in order to show the closed trades results, and then, take a screenshot.

Screenshot are stored into: MQL4/Files/ !-GiG-CCFp-DB

@ mrdfx: Concerning your Virtual Baskets which were not triggered:

Are you using a strict min pips / max pips at 0?

In Forexpinbar Excel backtest, that’s what was used but I am not sure how the back tests historical data were collected.

It is not that common to have a strict “0 “ so I have added the buffer option for that.

At the moment, here, I am using a buffer of min pips >= -20 and max pips <= 20.

Why +/- 20 pips ? I am not sure of this figure, I am using that to get some VB triggered and get a feeling with some stats.

Yesterday my VB was triggered 1 hour after London Open (in trend VB). It was a slow day after a bank holiday and we didn’t had real strength in the market. The basket went into Drawdown, went back into profit and ended into loss.

At 14:00 we almost had a reversal VB triggered.

In a future Dashboard, I might had some conditions to close an in trend basket if we have some conditions to open a reversal VB… Just sharing some ideas…

Today another Virtual basket was triggered.

When yesterday it was triggered with min pips = -2, today it was triggered with min pips = 0.

It might be a condition to get the best out of those VB to get a value of 0 ? Future will tell, but for the moment I am going to keep +/- 20 pips to make sure some of them are triggered and get some stats.

This VB was triggered at London Open, it went in a small DD and the 2 hours closed in profit... and still in profit (test 10 to follow it live in my live tests):

Sure it is the next thing on the to do list, but before to code it , as it is not a simple task, I wanted to make sure that this first VB approach was working fine.

It seems to work well, so I will start working on it asap, hopefully to get a first beta ready to start next week
