Hey Firewight - I have modified this system many times since my last post, almost to the point where it is a new system.

I have a new way of forward-testing systems now that I think might be the most interesting update I can contribute.

What I am going to do is post a video (here on GiG) explaining how I'm testing systems, using simulated and historical data. What I eventually want to setup is a type of 'tournament' system where one trading system competes against another under conditions that are as similar as possible, to determine what is the best use of one's trading time/capital. The more people who can participate in such a tournament, the better it will work.

For now, I would not pursue this HALO system as-is; it is too dependent on specific patterns repeating, and the Forex market is too complex to rely on such a system.
